I recorded this riding a bicycle. Please be patient to download and decode it and listen to it with a closed headphones, and you can hear kaleidoscopic sound of summer. Using two omnidirectional microphones and sony md walkman.
A sound made to represent air rushing around your head when riding a bicycle downhill. Recorded by simply blowing on the mike and then using some eq. Feel free to download and use, just leave a comment, please.
A visibility flag on the back of a bike fluttering in the wind. Low, woofing sounds as it passes recorder. Recorded on stanford campus, saturday 9/5/09.
(recorder: zoomh4npro 2018)(microphones: roland binaural earbuds / microphones). A recording of pool equipment operating to filter water and supply a hot tub. This seems to be a great sound for any engine-room. This audio may be applicable in many situations. Enjoy!. - christopher.
Very noisy rusty gears on my bicycle, before removing the bike chain for cleaning and oiling. Lots of clicking and mechanical noises. Recorded on a sony px470 dictaphone.
In this record you can hear the noise of the chain of one bicycle being pedaled. Is like a hum. It is a sound object used in the sonic ensemble soundscape for the sound creation lab project. It was recorded using a zoom h4 recording device at roc boronat street, barcelona. The recording was edited with a fade in and out effect.
Shaking, opening, inhaling, closing, and exhaling of two different kinds of asthma pumps. One pressing down the top part (mdi inhaler) and one turning the bottom part (turbohaler).
A sample of me pumping 8th notes in the key of g (notes used e,g,b,d)on a late 70's ibanez bass. I ran the bass through a pod xt and an old 4track. It was cut from a song i recorded for my solo project "the heirs of rockefeller".
Shotgun pumping-sound, made by multible click noises i found through "freesound. Org". I then lined them up after eachother, pitched differently, to get a nice pumping feeling to it. It is edited through fl studio.
Racking the action of an antique pump shotgun. It may have been a winchester knock-off. May require some trimming and buffing. I think i recorded this with an akg perception 200 using cool edit -- and i did it to get my room-mate to leave (after we recorded the sounds of several of his guns and a sword. . . ).
A piece of pump organ improvisation with very little harmonic movement, but much space for the "breathe" of the instrument and the superposition (german schwebung) between the tones, the tones that swing between the tones in different time and tones. Excuse my english, i hope one can still understand. P. S. Start and ending must probably cut off :-).
A skinny balloon being pumped up using a small pump (similar to a bicycle pump). The sound is wheezy, squeaky, and there are some mechanical clicking components due to the mechanism of the pump. Recorder: olympus digital voice recorder. Microphone: sony ecm-ms907.
Old manual pump pumping water sound effect recorded with sony pcm d100. Its not easy to record the pumping without breathing. . . Its realy hard work. But i think the recording is clear!!.
